Thanks for taking the time to get to know more about me. I was born and raised in Nebraska, and now call it home at least for now. Growing up in this state you quickly become a fan of the Cornhuskers or Huskers for short. That is where the name of this site comes from, my love of the Husker sports. I raised doves many years before college and now am enjoying the hobby once again. I take great pride in the quality of birds that I raise. While I enjoy raising doves very much, my real passion is my Christian faith and my family. I married my wife, Rebecca, on June 21st of 2001 and have enjoyed married life. November 7th of 2003 we had our first son, Elijah Scott. Our second son, Justis Bailey, arrived January 31st of 2005. He was most definitely a surprise but we'd never trade either one of them for anything. We finally added a girl to our family, Abigail Brooke was born July 23rd,2006.
