by the 15th of each month
will be charged a $1 surcharge.
All balances that are not
paid by the end of each month
may be deleted. Yearly payments
are due exactly 1 year after
the day service began. All
balances that are not paid
by that date will be charged
a $5 surcharge. All balances
that are not paid within 30
days of the due date may be
deleted. |
